Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk-chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
Directions

In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar using an electric mixer on high speed and then add egg and vanilla to it; blend again at low to medium speed. Take another bowl and sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add this dry mixture to the butter mixture and blend well until fully incorporated. Now fold the mixture in the chocolate chips and shape the dough in to about 1 ½ inch balls. Transfer the balls on a parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350° F for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow them to cool down and then transfer to the wire racks. Your soft, chewy cookies are ready to serve.

Double White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Dutch Cocoa
  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups butter (one pound), softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugars using an electric mixer on high speed and then add eggs (one at a time) and vanilla to it; blend again at low to medium speed. Take another bowl and combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together; set aside. Slowly add this dry mixture to the butter mixture and blend well until fully incorporated. Now add white chocolate chips and nuts and mix well. Using a cookie scoop, spoon the batter on to the parchment paper or greased baking sheet in to the shape of cookies, leaving some distance between them. Place the sheet in a preheated oven and bake at 350° F for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool down and then transfer to the wire racks. Your soft, chewy cookies are ready to serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (6 oz) peanut butter chips
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ sticks (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup chunky or creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
Directions

In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Take another bowl and combine cream butter, peanut butter and sugars using an electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs (one at a time) and vanilla to it and blend again at low to medium speed. Beat in the dry mixture and stir in chocolate chips and peanut-butter chips. Using a cookie scoop, spoon the batter on to the parchment paper or greased baking sheet in to the shape of cookies, leaving some distance between them. Place the sheet in a preheated oven and bake at 350° F for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool down and then transfer to the wire racks. Your soft, chewy cookies are ready to serve.
