Pranks, though sometimes mean, shouldn't be offensive but taken in a healthy spirit. It's fun to pull pranks on each other, provided you don't hurt anyone's emotions. Prank 1
When there are two rooms across each other, tie a rope to the door knobs of each of them and leave very little space in the door cracks. Rapidly knock on both their doors and have the victims pull each other's doors and have a great game of tug of war, while you get entertained.

Prank 2
For this trick, use some temporary glue to stick a picture of a monkey or any other image on your friend's drivers license or school ID. Without his knowledge, ask him to make a beer run or simply send him to the library to check out some books and then enjoy the scenes that follow. Make sure you remove the funny image as this can be quite a risky prank.

If you really want to spoil someone's good night sleep, purchase a dozen crickets from a local pet store and release them all over the dorm room. Since they are very noisy, your prank victims are surely going to wake up with bags around their eyes the next morning.

While one of your fellow students are out for the weekend, fill their room with water and leave the windows open till they get back. To their horror, they will either be wearing warm clothes the next day or won't sleep at all trying to figure out how the water got there.

Stick a ten dollar bill with super glue to your bathroom floor and put something atrocious on top of the bill. Watch the victims carefully to see how over willing they are to get the money.

Wait till your victim is out for the weekend or a long break. Break into the room and wrap up all his stuff with wrapping paper. You can wrap, his table, chair, bed, closet, pillows, books and even stick wrapping paper on the floor to annoy him to the most. I am very sure, even if he's not going to be smiling about it, you guys will have quite a good time.

Another funny dorm room pranks could be, shifting all your victims stuff including his furniture into the common bathroom without his knowledge. You can have a corner in the bathroom made into his room with his bed, TV, bags and practically everything he owns to see the lost look on his face. I am sure he is going to be scandalized to find a room change without his knowledge.

To be a little lenient on your fellow dorm mates, you can get your pine cone collection and spread it all over the victims room, the floor, the bed and the table. He's going to have a very tough time cleaning them. Talking about filling the entire room with stuff, some more ideas can be popcorn, disposable cups, newspapers, leaves, post ids, sausages and absolutely anything you feel like dumping in the room which your poor friend is going to have a tough time cleaning.
