Don’t Spend and Still Get a Costume - Read How

Why pay a good amount for Halloween costume when your costume lies somewhere hiding in the closet. You just have to search for the unused clothes of your parents add a little bit of imagination and creativity and here you are! Your Halloween costume is ready to rock!
Have you badly wanted to attend a Halloween costume party around your area before, but was short on money to buy or rent a Halloween costume? Many experience this problem, and instead of spending money on the costumes to wear, they would rather stay at home and watch from their TV sets. But in fact, the costumes are just around you, inside your homes, waiting to be discovered and utilized! Inside your parents closets are piles of old clothing and materials that can meet your needs. All you need is a pair of scissors, some threads and needles, focus, and a whole lot of creativity!

Make sure that you know if the host wants everyone in Halloween costume or not by checking the invitation card. As the theme is already known, only deciding what you want to be is left. Don a black gown or sexy witch costume dress if you are planning to be a sexy witch with a pointed hat made of paper and a broom. If you wish to be Harry Potter, then a graduation toga will be perfect

Wizards and Warlocks are also popular amongst Halloween costumes and creating them is not that difficult. A very big dark colored robe that can hide everything will be fine. Attach some stars that will glitter and will add a 'magical' effect to your costume. Add some tricks which will make everyone spell bound. Get hold of a magic wand to make the spell even stronger.

If you do not want to wear a sexy witch costume, and would want to go for the angel costume a white gown will be fine. Use some cardboard and some cotton or feathers and fix a loop so that you can wear them on your back. Take a piece of wire or unused cloths hangers and use it to make the halo. Wrap foil paper over it to make it look real. Some glitters on your face and white shoes, and you are ready for the party.

If you're accompanied by a male friend, he can be the devil, and you'll need to find some hard paper to form into horns. Wrap them in black paper, and you connect both horns by wire or by an unused headband. The devil doesn't have a single symbol or representation, so you might want to try wearing all red clothing from foot to your shoulders. Have someone put on you very dark eyeliner to add more emphasis to the eyes. And don't forget to laugh out load in a deeper and louder than normal tone of voice to add more character to your devil costume.

Almost all female costumes can be turned into Halloween sexy costumes with the help of yours scissors and thread. Even the witch and angel can be both altered into Halloween sexy costumes, just cut out the dresses to an above the knee level and everything's all set. More popular costumes than can be made sexier include nurses, French maids, policewomen, and Hawaiian hula dancers.

Some old long sleeves, black slacks, bow tie and an old tux will do the trick. Pay attention to your look and use hair gel or mousse to give the hair a neat and a slimy vampire look. Fangs have also to be paid some attention. If the vampire has got a co mate, then he can get a neat white shirt and stain it with traces of blood so as to give a feel of a recent vampire attack. To make it look even more realistic, put two dots so as to represent that the vampire sucked your blood!

If you feel that your costume is incomplete or is lacking some thing, then you can compensate that with the way you carry yourself. For instance, if you are not looking that sexy that you were supposed to in a sexy Halloween sexy costume, then you can counteract it with a sexy voice or gorgeous hair. It is not only the costumes that create an impact on the mind of the people, but your personality also matters. Another important thing is that, you should like what ever you are representing. Be confident and feel as if you are the creature that you are representing and have directly come from the natural habitat.
