Demon - Kay, thanks, and your comment is not 100% understandable, but just to make some things clear: No, I don't know what death is really like, but it's not as bad as everyone thinks - or at least that's my opinion. And yes, I have lost people/pets that meant a lot to me.

I don't mind the dark,
I don't mind settling down,

Listening to the night's sounds.

But I don't want to fall asleep,
Just to wake up in sorrow,
I don't want to shut my eyes,
And then endure tomorrow,

After you fall asleep,
You have to wake up again,
Open your eyes, turn on your mind,
Remember the pain that doesn't end.

If I have to fall asleep,
Just to wake up to fall,
Then I just want to go to sleep,
And not wake up at all.
