Don't be that Fool...Run!
It's just a time my philosophical brain is up and working!

People get sad by an array of situations. I know this 'sad' is a very small word in itself and the sad can relate to other bigger results like failures, heart breaks, bankruptcy, pink slips, fights, divorces and a lot more, coming to think of it. But I really don't understand this 'sadistic view' that a lot of people live with. I'm strong and I survive...almost anything.
Some common lines from our sad mouths at sad times - "She lied to me/I'm so upset/he doesn't even care/she rejected me/he broke my heart/what did I do/why I'm I the one always?" ... Well you let that person do these things to you. Who the hell gave that person the rights to upset you so much? - You! (your inner self gave it) So don't be that fool who then goes and upsets other lovable people around you! But a lot of us make disastrous decisions even if we know the consequences.
Why do we base our happiness on other people and what they do so much that we lose that 'self' infinitely? But a human being always searches for the 'comfort'. He is comfortable when others keep him happy, others actions and words make him happy. That human heart, though I know a lot of us say - I'm rational, takes an upper hand to that mind. Be it anybody, the final goal of anything we do is to get satisfied...and that's felt only by the heart! Most of us have two minds... the realistic and the unrealistic...and the ones aware, know when we use the 2 in different ways. Well I say "run" yes "run" take a flight...not away from feelings, work, life, relationships...nothing. But really, practically ... run and keep running. It makes your blood run too! Run with music or run with friends, but don't be that fool who is sad all the time.
End the sadistic view with a nice long run and life would be great. Personal experience of why I love running... when you run, all the negativity is converted into the positive energy and it releases endorphins leaving you happy, then you can think all you want, and I'm sure that you would end up taking the best decisions ever. Running boosts your mood and confidence and tells you just this in your ears - "you can make it" and yes you really can...the best in life. Run with music, on a treadmill or with a buddy and may be in a marathon, but run for you! And please don't be that upsetting fool...with that sadistic view.
Fate and future is always in your hands, you can still hold a coffee in one of them and manage the rest. Have that trust in what you do and believe in and there will always be people who have the same trust in you. I know this is kind of getting overly philosophical now but that was just to test your patience...
