Donald Trump Slams Rosie O’Donnell

It has been reported that Trump has been badmouthing O’Donnell after she sparked the feud on Wednesday’s episode of The View by criticizing Trump for his decision to let Miss USA Tara Conner keep her crown. Conner admitted to underage drinking in New York City bars, among other things. O’Donnell said on Wednesday that Trump was a "snake-oil salesman" and had used his father’s money to get him out of bankruptcy. She also said, "He’s the moral authority? He left his first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair. Had kids both times, but he’s the moral compass for 20-year olds in America."

Trump fired back at O’Donnell saying he was going to sue her for false statements. He reportedly said of O’Donnell, "Disgraceful, a horrible human being, a terrible person...a loser. Her magazine failed. The ratings for her show were terrible. They basically threw her off the air…She is not a good person. She makes false statements. She’s a bully." As far as her position on The View Trump said he thought she should be fired. Said Trump, "I think she’s terrible for the show and I think she sets a terrible example and tone." He went on to say that he plans to boycott the show.

O’Donnell didn’t say a word about Trump on Thursday’s episode of The View she only grimaced when Trump was mentioned. As for the grimace, Trump said, "She folded." Barbara Walters released a statement on Thursday that said she "hopes that this tempest will pass quickly." She also said that she considered Trump " a personal friend" and said, "I do not regret for one moment my choice to hire Rosie O’Donnell as the moderator of The View." It will be interesting to see how this plays out…
