Yes! Doing 100 abdominal exercises can’t be the smartest thing to do if your goal is to exercise your abs with the hope of having the stomach of a bodybuilder or just having fantastic looking abdominals. These variations can’t be good for you six pack or back.

I assume that if you are looking on the internet for 100 abdominal exercises that you are not comfortable with the abs that you have or that your abdominals could do with some work. However, whatever the reason I think looking for that many abdominal exercises is a recipe for disaster and could totally derail your fitness program and by extension your quest for great looking abs.

I am from the school of thoughts that says that less is more and any thoughts on even trying to work out a program to utilize 3,5 exercises is usually pretty exhaustive far less one which entails 100 exercises.

There are many questions that you can ask when it comes to exercise and your body and when it comes to variety and effectiveness of these exercises. How about trying to find out which muscle group a particular exercise is targeting. Which exercise is giving the best burn for the buck or how would you identify which one is the most effective for your abdominals.

I must also point out that a good healthy diet should form part of your overall health and fitness strategy, as far as I am concerned. Regular checks should also be made with your doctor because many have done themselves serious injuries going overboard on abs exercises.

Seek information also from people in the know where abdominal exercises are concerned in respect of the best diet, exercises and fitness routines to help you achieve your goal. Because, 100 abdominal exercises is over-reaching in my opinion.
