Yes! Doing 100 abdominal exercises can’t be the smartest thing to do if your goal is to exercise your abs with the hope of having the stomach of a bodybuilder or just having fantastic looking abdominals. These variations can’t be good for you six pack or back.

However, whatever the reason I think looking for that many abdominal exercises is a recipe for disaster and could totally derail your fitness program and by extension your quest for great looking abs.
I am from the school of thoughts that says that less is more and any thoughts on even trying to work out a program to utilize 3,5 exercises is usually pretty exhaustive far less one which entails 100 exercises.
