Do-It-Yourself Vacation Rentals are Hot Real Estate Still #2

Yep, as Michael explains in his Free report you can get at the link, there are a few questions you need to consider:

- Do I really want to own a vacation home? Now, most people would say - of course! However as Michael points out from years of experience it is not going to be all roses with your new Business! And there is the key word - BUSINESS! You are getting into a business NOT a hobby! You treat it like a hobby and you will lose for sure!

You are going to have to spend time getting up to speed on your new business, if you chose to go that route. So far I have found no better material to study than Michael's that he offers for the ridiculous sum of less than $50! His e-book and over $1000 of other goodies has everything you will need to get in this business.

You see, it was while proof reading it for Michael that I became interested in Vacation Rentals. As I read page after page, I began to say to myself: "I can do this!" Well I will say that up until recently since I have been working with another client on his foreclosure videos (I produce videos and DVDs) I did not have much experience with renovation and remodeling. However to better understand what I was going to be videoing I got my hands dirty and love it!

The more I read that ebook the more I wanted to get involved. His system is a prime example of outsourcing. Now I already outsource any thing I hate!

So, yeah, there will be work, Maynard Krebbs! (If you are too young to know who Maynard Krebbs was on Dobbie Gillis TV series then get it on DVD ASAP!)

- Am I buying the right property in the right area? As Michael points out in his report, you need to buy some thing in an area that you love and want to tell the world about like my little town of Tellico Plains. This is the best kept secret in the USA South. We have kayaking, bike riding, hiking, camping, motor biking, off road trails (over 160 miles of them!), crystal clear lakes, and the Number 5 trout fishing river in America! I'm producing their first Leaf Turning Festival October 24th of 2009. In 2010, I will be producing a sanctioned triathlon.

Do you think I love my little piece of heaven and would it not be the perfect place for vacation rentals?

Also, it helps if it is where the majority of people like to vacation! Tellico Plains is totally surrounded by mountains in all directions that will be creating a vibrant fall color blanket at our Festival. Mountain property and beach property are hard to go wrong with. Also, until I have now told the world about it, Tellico Plains has VERY reasonable properties that are just waiting to be turned into vacation rentals. But you've got to get Michael's package to learn what you need to do to your jewel!

I have an interest in a brick and mortar travel agency. All I have to do is check our bookings to determine where most people are going for their vacations. Also just read up on travel on the Net and Google - "favorite vacation spots."
