Fat burning foods will not automatically melt away your excess body fat. They are only one part of what you need to lose fat. In addition to eating these fat burning foods, you also need to eat healthy, reduce calories and exercise in order to lose your excess body fat.

Fat burning foods are nothing elaborate or hard to find. In fact they are normal every day foods that you may already be including in your meals and recipes. By combining these foods into a healthy meal plan and a weekly exercise routine you can start to see the results in terms of fat loss and weight loss.

Proteins

Foods high in protein are one of the best fat burning foods. Your digestive system uses more energy to digest foods high in protein, which means you are burning more calories to process these foods. Make your choices for protein lean cuts of meat, fish and eggs. Navy, kidney and white beans are also another great source for protein and they are also high in fiber and iron.
