Diy Water Filters - How Important is to Drink Pure Water?
Some time ago I have discovered how polluted the tap water is in many developed countries, not just in the States. The water contains many harmful chemicals and toxins, bacteria and parasites.
After I saw this, I just couldn't make myself to drink tap water. I had to look for alternatives. The tap water has a high concentration of heavy metals and toxins and they can make you sick really bad. Old people and kids are very susceptible to tap water induced diseases.
The bottled water I thought it is the perfect solution. That till I realized how much money I was spending on it. Also, the bottled water has no restrictions on how it has to be filtrated, so you have no guarantees that it is safe. The truth be told, I thought it will be extremely complicated to make a filter that could be as effective as those expensive ones but after I started using it I've realized it's just as good.
That as the moment when I decided to use a water filtration system at home. But high quality filters are quite expensive. The price is a few hundred dollars. I had to have an alternative to this. I researched on how to make my own water filtration system. And I discovered it wasn't that hard.
Now, the water we are drinking is fresh, tasty and pure. The filter I have built doesn't eliminate completely the minerals. We manage to stay healthy by using it. I hope this small article has made you understand the importance of drinking pure water and that making a home filter is not that hard. All you need to do it a little research, have a small amount of money and a bit of dedication.
