"Farrah, it's going to be okay." Anna said holding my hand. "Trust me."
We were in the hospital and it was three months since the rape. Nothing much happened after it.
The doctor walked in and sat in a chair next to me. "Okay. Well, Farrah, the good news is that you're not positive for HIV. But, depending on how you take it..."
"Just tell me, please."
"You're positive -"
I looked at Anna once I had heard it. "I'm going to have a baby in a few months..."
"Yes, unless you'd like an abortion."
"Where is Peter?" I asked Anna.
"Work. He should be getting out of work soon.
"Work?"
"Ms. Lisa is sick, so we need to start making money -" The door flew open as Peter ran in breathless to my side.
"What did I miss?"
------------------------------------------------------------------
"Peter. It's just that I'm worried about the baby. She or he won't have a father."
"Then, get abortion."
"Abortion?" I raised my voice. "You want me to kill my baby after being raped?"
"Farrah, I didn't mean it like that -"
"I'm not throwing it all away, Peter. I'm not going to kill this baby because of my selfish needs. I-" He put his cold hands on my warm face.
"It's okay."
I took a breath. "No it's not Peter."
"You still have a short while to go before the baby is born." He said smoothing his hair. "Honestly -"
"Guys," Anna said coming in. "Oops, wrong room." She shut the door and left.
Awkward, I thought. "Continue."
"Never mind."
"Peter..."
"It's nothing."
"Please, tell me."
"Honestly, I think you'll become an amazing mother."
I smiled. "How?"
"The two girls. You treat them like they're your own children."
I smoothed my hair back. "I'm getting sleepy."
"It's only four pm." I raised my eyebrow and he laughed. "Alright, goodnight."

*Peter's P.O.V*
I watched Farrah as she fell asleep. I know that sounds creepy, but it was adorable. Damn, she was beautiful. Her black hair flowed to her side and traced some of her perfect curves. I put the covers over her and went to the kitchen.
Food, my enemy, was waiting for me to come. But I would always find notes before I would touch it.
Don't do it.
Stay strong.
I believe in you.
They were written from all the girls. It was nice to know that they cared about me, especially Farrah. I loved her, and it was only five or six months since we met. There was something about her.
"Peter." Anna whispered across the hall. "Come here."
I walked over to her and waited for her to speak. "What Anna?"
"You like Farrah, don't you?" I didn't respond. "I thought so."
"Don't tell her."
"I won't, but when will you?"
I shrugged. "I don't know."
"Well I'd tell her before she has the baby. So she won't have to worry about being a single mother the whole time." I nodded as she smiled and ruffled my hair. She went into the kitchen as I followed close behind. "Want anything?"
"Sure." Anna knew about my eating issues. So, she would make sure I didn't do it.'
"What sounds good?"
"Anything."
"Alright."
I went to see the two girls asleep and I shut the door. I went into my room to see Farrah on the floor now, passed out.
"Farrah." I said attempting to lift her up. "Wake up for a second."
Without waking up, she crawled back into her bed and resumed her sleep. I laughed and shut the door.
"How's Farrah?"
"Good. She's been really tired." I said sitting down next to Anna at the kitchen table. "I think I'll tell her tonight."
"That's good." She said taking a bite out of her quesadilla. I took a bite out of it as well and felt it melt in my mouth.
"This is delicious."
"Thanks."
"You know," I said thinking about Farrah again. "There's just something about Farrah -"
"Good morning." Farrah said walking in. I watched her walking into the kitchen in her shorts and tee.
"It's afternoon." Anna said. "Well, almost night, Want to try some quesadillas?"
"Sure." She said taking a seat next to me.
I couldn't take it and I had to tell her what was on my mind. "You look beautiful."
"Thanks. I won't look this beautiful in a few months." She sighed finishing her quesadilla.
"You'll still be beautiful." She smiled at me, got up and put her dish in the sink.
"Peter," Farrah said. "Work."
"Right." I said getting up and grabbing my jacket. I left before I would have to explain to Farrah why I needed the money.
I was working for one reason only and that was to raise money for her baby and her.
