Question 1. Isn’t it difficult to have such a large dining room set delivered to you home?

Answer 1. Absolutely not. We have shipped and delivered thousands of large furniture sets over the last few years and we know what it takes to ship the item to you in a timely fashion. We spend extra time to ensure the packaging and delivery of your item is correct every time. We have a multi-point inspection process (much like a walk-around when you rent a car) that ensures your item is accurate and secure prior to shipping.

Question 2. Why did I spend so much on shipping and yet, my dining room set hasn’t arrived yet?

Answer 2. Well the shipping costs have been rising steadily since the prices of crude oil has been going up. Good furniture stores adjust shipping costs accordingly. Also, it is quite normal for large furniture sets to be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Most delivering companies overfill their trailers with as much cargo as possible to save on delivery costs which causes an extra delay for shipping.

Question 3. Why don’t you let the customer choose the shipping provider and service they want so that we don’t have to pay so much for shipping?

Answer 3. Often we choose the absolute best service to ship your dining room sets with the most appropriate shipping provider and service because a less expensive solution might yield more delays and headache than you might anticipate. A good rule of thumb is if the item has multiple pieces and/or oversize a more competent shipping provider is needed so that they can manage the shipment without damage and losing pieces.
