No milk, coffee, artificial sweeteners or sweets and refined food products are to be consumed while on this diet. This is truly one of those cleansing diet plans that work.

Master Cleanse Diet Plan
This is one of the most well-known detox diets. This diet became famous after Beyonce Knowles used it to attain the dream figure that she had in the movie 'Dreamgirls', which won her accolades from all over. She said on a famous talk show that it helped her lose twenty pounds in just fourteen days. Master cleanse diet is known by many names such as lemon water diet, lemonade diet, lemon water cayenne pepper diet, Beyonce Knowles diet, etc. This is truly one of those diets that work. This diet is to be done for a minimum of ten days and maximum of forty days at a time.

Also, you must have at least six to twelve glasses of the prepared mixture. Try to make a fresh mixture as often as possible, though the day's mix can be made and stored. Although it's quite easy when it comes to preparing lemon water cayenne pepper detox drink, it should be known that it is not an easy diet to follow, as it requires you to consume nothing but the drink. No solid food is allowed at all. Rarely have any of us been on water for an entire day. Thus, although it is a great detox diet and will ensure that by the end of it you will not only be lighter by a few pounds, but will also feel healthier, more energetic and will exhibit great skin too. It requires a lot of stamina to begin with, not to mention maintenance, after the diet is over. Thus, one needs to be dedicated and convinced of it before starting it.

Zone Diet Plan
Zone diet is yet another one the few diet plans that work. It emphasizes on eating when one is in 'the zone' or when one is not hungry as at this time, insulin levels are high. It consists of eating zone diet blocks. Basic quantities of every food group, that is, carbohydrates, proteins and fats are to be consumed in specified amounts in zone diet.
