- Eat lots of green leafy vegetables as they are not only great for your skin, but also your overall health. Fruit smoothies with green leafy vegetables may be a good idea to camouflage the taste of these vegetables.
- Increase your intake of vitamin A, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-3, vitamin E and omega-3 essential fatty acids.
- Drink lots of water to remove toxins from your body.
- Avoid fried, processed food in all circumstances.
- Also avoid sugary foods like cakes, pastries in excess. Carbonated drinks are also not recommended.
