If you crave for a dessert, you can go for a very small quantity of sweets. However, since it is ideal to avoid sweets for diabetic people, eat some fruits or some yogurt as dessert. Do not increase your bread portions. If you still feel hungry, eat some more salad or have another piece of chicken or fish.
