Also, if you want to take up the diet for 3 days, you can choose any of the following choices. When you wake up in the morning take 1 glass of lukewarm water along with half a lemon squeezed in it.

Breakfast
There are six detox diet menus for breakfast. Although, a combination of any cereal can be taken as breakfast.
  1. Millet porridge served with powdered milk and dried fruits as toppings
  2. Oats porridge with powdered milk and honey and nuts
  3. Compote of mixed dry fruits that are soaked in orange juice and usually served with yogurt

Lunch

  6. Raw vegetables with Mexican dips
Dinner
Here is the dinner menu for detox diet.
  1. Seasonal vegetables and organic oily fish with a squeeze of lemon
  2. Stir-fried broccoli with nuts
  3. baked salmon with vegetables
  4. Pasta with olives and artichokes
  5. potato mash served with roast vegetables and fish
  6. Quinoa with wild rice pilaf
  7. Tomato casserole and spicy cannellini
  8. Vegetable fried rice with nori
  9. Lentils with cauliflower
  10. Marinated vegetable kebabs
  11. Roasted vegetables like beetroot, tomatoes, courgette, red onion and pumpkin seeds with feta cheese

Along with this diet, you must drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do exercise for about 20-30 minutes every day.
