Desire Love Chapter 12

I looked up and saw Rex. He was shocked!

" Belle! " He held on my shoulders. " Why did you run away from me? " He exclaimed.
" R....Re.... " I dropped my jaw and stared at him.
" Belle, why did you...... " He gave me a tight hug. I pushed him away and took a deep breath.
" I'm... I'm sorry, Rex.. I didn't want to leave you but.... At first, I thought you just wanted to protect me, you don't love me at all. But I heard everything at the coffee-house last night. I was.... I just couldn't run to you and apologize. I was so selfish back then! I didn't expect you to forgive me, just.... "
" I've already forgave you long time ago! Its fine now. As long as you're back, I don't care anymore. Just don't leave me again! " He was trembling. I just don't know how to calm him down. I took his face near mine and kiss his lips. Well, I closed my eyes of course! But I'm pretty sure he was shocked. Few seconds later, I put my mouth away from his and opened my eyes.

" Belle..... " He stunned. " You kissed me? You kissed me!!! " He carried me high up and shouted.
" Hey! Put me down! I'm feeling dizzy now! " I laughed.
" Sorry, sorry! " He put me down and hugged me tightly.
" Belle.. " He took me away from his wide arms and looked into my eyes. " Don't you ever leave me without a goodbye again ok? "
" Oh, so if i say goodbye to you and leave, you wouldn't mind huh? " I smirked.
" NO WAY! " He exclaimed, I was laughing so hard.
" Belle, I love you.. " He gave me a tight hug.
" Rex, I'm sorry.. " I placed my hands on his shoulders while he was holding my waist.
" I told you it's ok. I don't care anymore since you're already back. " He smiled.
" I didn't see Mum, Dad and Heather for a really long time. I want to visit them now. "
" Ok, let's go buy some fruits and visit them. "
" But my new moon ticket.... " I showed him the ticket.
" ok. We'll watch it next week! " He snatched the ticket away and ran to girl.

" Excuse me, Miss? My girlfriend, she doesn't want to watch this movie anymore. So do you want to have it? It is free. " He smiled.
" Oh sure! Thanks so much! I just couldn't buy the ticket now. There's too many people. " She smiled and took the ticket.
" Welcome. " Rex smiled and walked to me.

" There! Settled! " He grinned.
" You're... LAME! " I exclaimed. He placed his arm on my shoulder.

" Rex, I'm so nervous now! What if my mum still..... " I stopped.
" Don't worry, I'm very sure your mum already forgive you. " He smiled.

I took a deep breath and pressed the door bell.
" Yes? " Mum opened the door and looked at me. " Belle.... " She was stunned.
" Mum... " I gave a tiny smile.
" You're back, Belle! " Mum gave me a tight hug.
" Where's dad? "
" Your dad is at the kitchen. " She smiled. I ran to the kitchen and hug dad.
" Dad! " He turned around and he was shocked.
" Belle!! " Dad hug me. " How are you these few months? "
" I'm fine. I worked at a Coffee House near my school. " I smiled, looking around and wondered where's Heather.
" Mum, dad.. Where's Heather? "

" Oh.. So.. Belle is back! " Heather ran downstairs and gave me a hug. " I couldn't believe you're back. "
" How I wish you'll never come back but too bad, you did. " Heather whispered to my ear. I widened my eyes and stared at her in disbelief.

" Mum, I'm going for dinner with Adam later so I won't be having dinner with you both, ok? " She smiled and sat down on the couch.

" Heather, why can't you accompany mum and dad for dinner? Today is mum's birthday you know? "
" I'm sorry but I really can't. "

" Heather!! " I stood up and glared at me.
" Belle.. I'm so sorry but I really have to go out with Adam. I know you're jealous of me since you stole him away 6 months ago but the one he really loves was me. I didn't blame you at all. Don't just push all the blame to me ok? "

" Quiet you both! Belle, I believe you're not here to argue with your sister. "

" Mum.. don't worry. Me and Belle weren't arguing. We're just communicating. You just didn't know how much I've loved Belle. I missed her so much few months. We're so close. Closer than other siblings usually did. After all, we grew up together, shared everything together. Right, Belle? " She gave me a squeeze. But I shoved her away and glared at her.

" Heather! I'm not jealous of you about Adam or whatever. I just hate the way you are now! You're making a fool out of yourself, Heather! Adam was once mine but you're the one who stole him away. I'm not the one who stole him from you but you! "

" Heather, is this true? " Mum said sharply. " You stole Adam away from Belle? You lied? "
" You never told us about that, Belle! " Dad looked completely taken aback.
" I don't have the chance and I was embarrassed ok? " I said, my voice was jumping a bit.
" Heather! You should know without this family, you're nothing at all! " Mum exclaimed.

" It wasn't like that. " Heather said, darting an annoyed look at me. " There's been a..... crossed wire. Some confusion! " She patted her hair, and gave me another smile. " Of course I'd be delighted to help you with Adam. I would never ever steal my sister's boyfriend. "

I gazed back at her, full of loathing. I cannot believe she is trying to wriggle out of this. She is the most two-face-cow in this entire world.

" There's no crossed wire, Heather! " I said, as calmly as I can. " We both knew what actually happened back then. Adam broke up with me because of you. Well! Fine, you're my sister. I forgave you. But don't try to say it didn't happen, because it did. And don't try to put all the blames on me! "

" Belle! " She reached out for my hand. " I had no idea that Adam was so important to you! If I'd known he was so important, I could have.... "
If she'd known he was so important?! How could she not know he was important to me?!
I shoved my hand away and glared at her. I can feel the old hurt and humiliation building up inside me, rising up like hot water inside a pipe, until suddenly the pressure was unbearable.

" Yes, you did! " I heard myself crying. " You knew actually what you were doing! You knew exactly how much he meant to me. Ever since you've arrived in this family, you've tried to squash me down. You tease me about my physical appearances. You boast about yourself all these time! You said I was ugly to wear such a beautiful dress and to curled my hair! I spent my freaking entire life feeling small and stupid! Well, fine! You won, Heather! You're the winner and I'm the loser! You're the beauty and I'm not. You're perfect and I'm imperfect! But just don't pretend to be my goody-little-sister or even think of lying to everyone about how 'close' you were with me because you're not and you never will be! " I finished and looked at mum and dad. They were so confused.

" Mum, dad.. I better get going. Rex is waiting for me now. "

" And I believed.. Heather, you tore my precious-little-teddy-bear that mum and dad gave me for my 4 years old birthday by purpose. " I glared at her and walked out the living room.

I saw Rex was staring at me in disbelief by the door.

" You're great, Belle! " He clapped.

" Let's go, Rex. "

" Hmm.... Yupe. Why? " I stared at him.

" Let's have dinner. " He smiled.

" Wear the dress my dad gave it to you 6 months ago. I'll be waiting downstairs. " He smiled.

"You look soo beautiful, Belle. " He widened his eyes.
"Thanks. " I giggled.
"Let's go. " He held on my waist and opened the car door for me.
"Thanks. "

We reached a restaurant named Soul Out.

"Come out, girl. " He opened the door for me.
"Thanks. " I walked out and I nearly slipped but he held on my waist tightly. " Gosh, thanks! " I rolled my eyes.
"No problem. " We walked into the restaurant and sat on a couple of table.

"May I take your order, sir? "
Not now. " He said. " I have something to ask this girl. " He said coldly.
"Huh? What? " I looked at him.
"Belle.... " He took a ring out and kneel down. " This ring here represents my heart. And all I need from you is ' I do '. Will you be my bride? I promised I'll never ever let you go. " I was so shocked. Tears suddenly welled up in my eyes and it streamed down in the end.
"Why.... " I stood up.
"There's no why, Belle. It's because I love you. I want to be with you forever. I've already prepared this ring 6 months ago but I didn't expect you would run away. But now, you can't escape. So, what's your answer? "

"Marry him! Marry him! Marry him!! " I heard many people were shouting and clapping hands. I looked at him and smiled.
"I do, Rex. " I grinned.
"WHOO!!!!! " Everyone shouted.
"Yes! I did it!! " Rex stood up and hugged me so tight that I could hardly breath!

I couldn't believe my previous relationship ended at Soul Out and my marriage started at Soul Out too! I just felt so glad that I met Rex now. Now, I believed true love exists. Because it happened on me. SO EVERYONE! Don't frown because you'll never know who's falling in love with your smile! =)
