Denise Richards & Charlie Sheen Reality Battle

Richards reportedly wants to appear in a reality show based on her life as an actress and single mother to daughter’s Sam, 3, and Lola, 2. Sheen is livid because he does not feel as if it is appropriate for the girls to appear in the show. It has been reported that part of the custody deal between Sheen and Richards is that either parent must get permission from the other for their children to appear on camera.

A source said, "This goes against everything that Sheen believes in…and he feels it is exploitative of the children for the mother’s own vanity and greed." The source said that Sheen doesn’t care if Richards appears in a reality show, but draws the line at his kids appearing in one. It has been reported that Commissioner Harvey A. Silberman ruled in Richards’ favor after a closed courtroom hearing on Tuesday and has allowed her to move forward with the show. He has also allowed her to include her children in the show but must follow certain guidelines. The details of the ruling have not been revealed.

Richards and Sheen were married in June 2002. They welcomed daughter Sam in March 2004. Richards abruptly filed for divorce in March 2005 when she was six months pregnant with the couple’s second daughter, Lola. Richards and Sheen briefly reconciled but officially called it quits in January 2006. Their divorce was finalized 10 months later, but the couple has been in and out of court battling for custody of their kids. Besides the upcoming reality show, Richards has two movies coming out Jolene and Deep in the Valley. Sheen stars on CBS’ hit show Two and a Half Men.
