Delusional Love: Chapter - 48 (Part 3)

This is not the end...This is just the beginning!
"I've heard that you both have written your own vows," exclaimed the minister, "Go on Adam."

Adam took Hannah's hands in his and said, "Hannah, I tried to write down my wedding vows but something did not feel right. And even if I wrote anything it looked so fake as if I've copied it from a movie or a song or something so I decided I won't write anything and will just go with the flow.

Now that we're here and I am about to make you mine the only thing that my overwhelming heart excitedly saying is Thank you! Thank you, Hannah for coming into my life. Before you I was an empty shell without any soul but then you came and unlocked my humanity which I had bolted and threw away in an unknown corner of my heart for so long. You made me fall in love. Love! I had lost all faith in it. I was living a disrespectful life but you came as my savior and saved me from degrading myself. I was just living my life but now I LOVE my life!

I am standing here, in this Holy place, in front of God and I feel redeemed. You have redeemed me Hannah, of all my sins. It is only coming to you and confessing my guilt that lead me to the path of redemption. You are my salvation, Hannah. I am a free man now because of you. It's because of you that I've got all those people back who I had lost because of my foolishness.
I know thank you is a very small word but, thank you. I will always be grateful to you for coming into my life and giving me the honor of being your husband and therefore I promise to love you, cherish you and worship you all my life," said he as tears, happy tears, rolled down his cheeks.

Hannah couldn't hold her joy too and it flowed out of her eyes and she took her vows, "I've done nothing, Adam, to deserve a person like you who loves me from all his heart. I am the most fortunate person in the world. We've been through a lot, we've faced the worst of times but even during that you never lost faith in me. You never left me alone, you loved me no matter how badly I treated you and it is because of your love, your faith in me that we're tying the holy knot today. I am so blessed to have a man like you who puts me above anything and everything in this world. I am saying it with all my heart, Adam, - You complete me! And I promise you that I'll shower all my love on you and be with you for eternities."

"I pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride," asserted the Priest in vain as Adam and Hannah had already kissed their way into one of the most successful matrimonial lives in the world!

After the kiss, the newlywed couple headed out of the church hand in hand, with the bride carrying the bouquet in her hand. Their joy was beyond concealment, Hannah and Adam were giggling with excitement as the guests were taking pictures of Mr. and Mrs. Walker taking their memorable first walk as the couple through the bridal arch made of Hannah's favorite flowers Alstroemeria, chrysanthemums, daffodils and lavender, with Adam's favorite song, "Walking on Sunshine" playing in the background describing exactly their feelings. The guests were happy too as they were cheering the couple and throwing flowers on them.

Finally it was time for the bride to toss the bouquet over shoulders to her female guests who were gathered behind her with alert minds to catch it first. As Hannah tossed the bouquet, luckily Rhea caught it, signaling she was next to get married.

The wedding reception was equally magnificent as the wedding. The new Mister and Mrs. Walkers were announced and they entered the hall, hand in hand with beautiful smile on their faces. Hannah was looking stunning in the golden gown studded with Swarovski crystals as they danced their first dance as man and wife to the song, "Endless Love."

Soon after the reception Adam took Hannah for their honeymoon to an undisclosed location which soon turned out to be Italy. Hannah always wanted to see Italy, and her dream was now finally coming true. Adam lifted his new wife in his arms and carried her into their new villa.

Their marriage bed was decorated with rose petals. Adam looked at Hannah and he could sense that she wasn't "scared" anymore. Their relationship took a beautiful turn that night as they entered deep into each other's soul.

*********************************************************

Hannah and Adam are leading a fairy tale life. She teaches kindergarten students and is loved and adored by so many children. Adam is a highly acclaimed and successful lawyer. They both live in London, in Adam's old house. Adam's mother, Carla stays in the country where she owns a small book shop. Despite Hannah and Adam's several pleas she refused to come and live with them though she regularly visits them and they spend a considerable amount of time at her place, helping her in every possible way. They also regularly visit Aunt Matilda, who by God's grace, has recovered from her cancer. Even though Hannah is miles away from her mother in America but Carla and Matilda love her so much that she rarely misses her mother.

Hannah is best friends with Sarah who is now married to Ryan. In Sarah's wedding Adam and Hannah had the misfortune of running into Bianca who obviously looked miffed. She was with her new boy toy and looked pretty jealous of the Walker couple. Thankfully soon after the wedding she moved to California where she married an old but very rich man.

Rhea and Hannah terribly misses each other. So they've made it a point to spend their holidays together. Rhea is a successful entrepreneur and got recently engaged to a very noble man named Jeremy. Yes, the sparks flew between them during Hannah and Adam's wedding. Jeremy is now long over her "silly" crush on Hannah and this has led to a solid friendship between Adam and Jeremy.

Two years ago, Hannah had the fortune of being a mother. Adam never left her side throughout her pregnancy. His constant support along with the care and love she received from her mother-in-law, aunt and her father and mother made everything smooth for her. She gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. The parents couldn't be happier. The little princess resembles her mother in every way. She has brown hair and dark eyes, just like her mother and their features are wonderfully similar too. They named her Anya, which means "resurrection." Anya is the apple of her father and mother's eyes. "Dadda" was the first word she spoke, overwhelming her dad, who excitedly announced his two years old daughter's achievement to everyone.

God blessed Hannah again as she has recently given birth to a baby boy. Anya has found a brother and the family found another joy. Adam wanted to name his son Adam Jr. to which Hannah strongly objected and instead named him Peter, after the name of Adam's father. Peter has an uncanny resemblance to her father and has inherited his black raven hair and green eyes. Adam and Hannah dotingly love and adore their children. Even after all these years the love and friendship between Adam and Hannah has only grown stronger. They are still madly in love with each other and with their children.

The Walkers, the Bennets, Rhea and Jeremy, Sarah and Ryan are all having the time of their lives!
