White Vinegar
White vinegar is a good alternative for getting rid of decal from windows. In case of a decal that has been applied recently, simply dabbing it with water and scrapping with a putty knife are enough for removing it. For a resistant decal, apply white vinegar over it by using a spray bottle. As the sticker absorbs vinegar solution, you can easily scrape it with a putty knife or a dull kitchen knife.
