Death Do Us Part

A girl who is excited to go to her first disco but when something terrible goes wrong she is in for a lot more than that
"I have nothing to wear" I mumbled to myself as I picked out random clothes from my closet and threw the ones on my bed that were not good enough to were to Bluelight, the amazing Disco party that I have never been to in my entire life. My friends Billie, Maddie and Tess would be here any minute to pick me up in Maddie’s car and I could not think of anything to wear. So far every piece of my clothing was lying on my mattress.

My usual dresses these days were so not going to cut it. All my friends will be wearing something amazing and I will by stuck wearing a garbage bag if I’m lucky. My phone then vibrated in my pocket. I pulled it out and it was a text from Tess.

*Wer rite round the corner, r u ready?*

"Oh crap" I sighed under my breath. I wasn’t dressed had no makeup on and my hair was a mess, I was closer to bed time. Just then I heard a car horn honk impatiently. "Meg Maddies here, are you ready?" My mum yelled to me from the other side of the house. "Can you tell them I’ll be 2 seconds?" I yelled back and went back to picking something to wear. I eventually settled on a black tank top with my skinny jeans and black sneakers. I applied dark pink eye shadow and my cream colored lipstick that was almost invisible. I didn’t want to look too slutty.

I ran a brush threw my long black hair that I had dyed only a few days ago. I then examined myself in the mirror. I don’t want to act like I’m gods gift but I look hot. I quickly grabbed my handbag with my phone, my emergency makeup kit, my purse just in case and a hair brush. I was ready to go to my first disco; I could not stress how excited I am. I ran down the hall of my house to the front door, I knew that the girls would be getting impatient.

"What took you so long?" My mum asked anxiously when I gave her a hug goodbye. "You know how it is with my first thing" I laughed. "I was stressing".
After my mum complemented on my outfit I ran out of the house towards Maddie’s car. "Hey girlys" I squealed when I saw them. Maddie jumped right out of the car to give me a tight hug. "You took forever" she complained. I laughed at her and hugged her back. "Soz couldn’t find something to wear" Billie was the next one to get out of the car and hug me. "You look amazing" she squealed in excitement.

I blew her a kiss and Tess mumbled lesbian under her breath. I gave her a smirk. Tess was usually the quiet type; I was surprised that Jenna, our other friend who was hitching a ride with someone else had convinced her to come to her first Bluelight. She looked great on then other hand. She was wearing a low cut green dress that flowed down to her knees and her long mouse hair was out and was all curly, I imagine she curled it herself.

Tess was always wearing hardly any makeup as Maddie and Billie were wearing buckets. Maddie had on a white blacked striped top with dark denim leggings. Her short brown hair was straightened. Billie was wearing a hot pink dress that really showed off her chest her light hair with blonde tips was back in a pony tail which I imagine will come undone as soon as we hit Bluelight.

"Hope in loser" Billie yelled to me as she and Maddie returned to the car. "Or we’ll leave without you" I obeyed immediately and jumped in the back sit with Tess and gave her a quick hug and then Maddie continued down the road to doom.

The cold wind was blowing my hair out of my face that made me thankful. It felt so good this hot night. "So what’s Bluelight like?" Tess asked, breaking the silence. Billie turned in her seat to look at Tess. "It’s so good" she exclaimed. "The music is awesome and there are so many hot guys there and pretty much everyone hooks up. It’s like a wonderland for teenagers"

"How old do you have to be to get into Bluelight?" I asked as I was curios. Billie smiled at me. "Why? Because you don’t want to get caught?" I gave a stern look at her. "No, I’m just wondering, trying to bring up conversation." Maddie sighed. "You have to be 13 to 18 years of age.

Now lets listen to some tunes." She turned on the radio and the car filled up with Taylor swift music. Everyone was silent while listening. I would never admit this to the girls, but I was worried. I had a bad feeling about tonight, my brain kept saying go home and I should have listened.
