Daycare - Is it worth your money

Can you really afford daycare and is daycare worth the money. Why can't companies be more daycare friendly.
Every situation is different some stay at home. Moms have to stay at home because daycare may be to much money or because it is financially better to stay at home.

One of the biggest questions is can you afford it. Daycare cost are about 300-700 dollars a month to some moms that is half of your paycheck. Some moms feel that they can take that money and do other things with it. Paying that kind of money for your baby to have colds all the time and diaper rash is a kind of waste of money.

Finding daycares these days cost also because you have to travel to find one that is not full or one that is decent enough or worthy enough for your child.

Some companies have daycare at the jobsite which is great because you have more of a piece of mine and it sometimes costs you nothing. Companies like Google, Children's hospital of Atlanta, IBM and many others have this program and it is becoming widely popular for many big companies to invest in this.
