A 23-page agreement was filed Thursday in a Los Angeles court. Per the agreement Hasselhoff is entitled to all his business ventures that include Hasselhits, Hasseltunes and Hoffstuff Productions, Inc. He retains the rights to his trademarked nickname "Hoff" and the catchphrase, "Don’t Hassel the Hoff." He also reportedly retains the rights to more than 50 of his albums and songs. The couple’s assets were divided up as well and Hasselhoff gets the 1960 Mercedes, a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a BMW golf cart, a 1985 Porsche, a 2007 Escalade, a 2006 Mercedes, and a 1993 Mercedes. Bach gets a 2006 Mercedes and a 1999 Lincoln Navigator. He also walks away with an elephant foot and two elephant stools.

Hasselhoff was ordered to pay $21,000 in child support for the couple’s two teenage daughters. Hasselhoff and Bach will have joint custody of the girls. They will split the proceeds from the sale of their home in Encino. Bach is reportedly entitled to one-half of any income made from his 2006 autobiography Making Waves and one-half of his pensions from the Screen Actors Guild, the Directors Guild, and the American Federation of Television and Radio Arts.

Hasselhoff, 55, and Bach, 44, were married on December 9, 1989. Their oldest daughter Taylor Ann was born in 1990 and second daughter Hayley Amber was born in 1992. The couple separated in 2005 after 16 years of marriage and set off a royal battle over custody of their children. The divorce was finalized in 2006, but the couple just reached a settlement.
