Height and Distance Regulations

The center of the bulls eye must be placed 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm) from the ground and the distance between the dartboard and the player must be 7 feet 9-1/4 inches (237 cm). This distance must not be confused as the distance between the wall and the player, you need to measure it from the face of the dartboard to the player. Since the throws might not always hit the dartboard, as a protective mechanism, the game venues have a wooden plank installed over the boundary line. To mark the position of the player, a 1.5 inch raised bar which is 2 feet in length is used.

Game Rules

The one who reaches 0 points first, wins the game. The score depends on where the dart lands on the dartboard. If the dart lands on the double ring, the score is doubled and it triples if it lands on the triple ring. Each player throws three darts and the score is subtracted from the previous results.
