Darkness Into Light

Beyond the black
abyss, there is a
light.

You see it through
the dark that
engulfs you,

You wonder how
something so small
can be so bright,

You step out of
the darkness and
into the light.

You feel warm from
the inside out,
as you are born anew.

You thank God
