Darkness in the Light

Comment please. I wrote this a while ago...
Standing in the darkness
I'm searching for the light
The pain and hate inside us
Destroys the love and life

I see a spark go off
A flash of love within
I'm woken up and startled
I'm found but lost in sin

Destroy me for the reason
Fulfill their evil cause
Without my body living
The love will soon be lost

For now I have no future
And now I have the light
To kill me now will only bring
The darkness in the light
