Dark Chocolate Frosting
Though the movie 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' is an illusion in the real world, everyone thinks about chocolates in a similar way in childhood. Dark Chocolate Frosting Recipe
- Take 4 sections of sugarless baking chocolate in a pan and put in on a low flame.
- Melt the broken chocolate and ¼ cup of butter with ¼ cup of milk and a pinch of salt and keep stirring it till you get a thick and smooth paste.
- Now you add 2½ cups of powdered sugar with ½ a tea spoon of vanilla extract and beat this mixture till it turns thick enough to spread on a 9 x 13 inch cake.

- Take another bowl and add about 5 tablespoons of butter, 4 tablespoons of evaporated milk and gradually beat this mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract and then again beat it until the batter is light and fluffy. You can decide the consistency of the frost, as per your choice.
- Then you mix the two mixtures together and your yummy creamy chocolate frosting is ready to be enjoyed.
