Dark Angel: You Noticed Me...
This was just me thinking about the perfect guy. It just kind of tells you how I'd like to be helped up when I've fallen...be comforted when needed, be loved when sad.
Locked away.
Locked away.
Where is the key?
Where is the key?
I scramble to find it.
My mind is screaming, I can't find it!
I have been beating myself up for weeks trying to find it.
It's now or never, if I don't free myself, then I am doomed to an eternal damnation of loneliness.
I've got to find it.
My muscles are aching now.
I scratch.
I scratch.
I punch.
I punch.
I scream.
I scream.
SOMEBODY HELP ME.
Why is no one helping me?
They don't even notice,
They don't even know.
What's going on?
HELLO?
Please sir, you must--
I frantically grabbed at the mans coat, but he didn't notice.
What's happening?
I'm scared now.
I'm scared now.
I need someone to be here, someone to help me up!
As I turn around, I see a figure, not human, no.
Wings slowly rise from the sides of this creature, as it walks towards me.
He comes closer, I see a face.
It has a human face, but a fool would know this is no human.
What a gentle, caring face.
But it seems worn with pain and sadness.
That shouldn't be there, it looks much young.
I see now, that this is but a man.
He extends a soft, graceful, meaningful hand.
I touch it, then I hold.
He lifts me up, and right then is when I realized that he is the only one that notices me.
He noticed.
He noticed.
He helped me.
He helped me.
Maybe, after all, I didn't need a key.
My jagged socket on my heart is filled with something more,
Something invisible, only that you can feel deep within.
I am free.
I am free.
Locked away.
Where is the key?
Where is the key?
