Dancing Queen

This is one of my saddest and painful experience. And this poem is surely true. . .how my heart was broken because of such promise.
Dancing Queen
There's a girl as silent as the wind
She attended her prom,
Hoping the night will be a dance away
Though she don't dance,
There's a boy who ask to her out
Then it all began as the music began to play
Cool punk and reggae sounds can be heard
But that's not all 'coz there's more. . .
And alas! the waltz.
The girl sit still as she hope the boy to take her,
But as she saw it, he has taken another hand not hers.
She waited still for she love the boy,
But another waltz passed by, she's still seated
She's falling off her seat as his image drain her head
She's crying inside though there's not a tear in her eye
Don't like someone to see her crying, she fake her every smile and grin
A thousand million waltz passed by. . .but he still did not take her hands
She's too empty inside.
Her heart was an ache
She loved the boy but she's pathetic
She can't utter a single word
Even her tears kept itself from falling
Her heart is crushed inside her chest
As the dance she's hoping
Is just a promise lie. . .
