Cross Country

Our Cross Country team is the best team in the world,
Its really important to me, and everyone is like family,
The season is over but I will never forget it

The bus rides are fun.
The singing.
The talking.
The yelling.
The hair.

The Home meets are funny.
Teasing the other team.
Flirting with the other team.
Cheering each other on.

Away meets are interesting.
Sticking together, in groups.
Getting to see and run a different course.
Making new friends.

Saturday meets are the best.
Getting to wake up to the most amazing people.
Sitting on blankets and talking to everyone who walks by.
Sitting with everyone in a circle playing broken telephone.

I love that team.
I will no longer be at the school next year,
And I will defiantly miss it all.
