Yes, you might have to forgo a few movies and take out dinners but if you want to make your credit card debt elimination goal come true then some belt tightening is required.

And lastly; call up your credit providers and ask them to reduce the amount of interest you pay on your credit cards. If they won’t then just let them know you are shopping around and will be moving your debt just as soon as you find the right deal. There are many lenders who will be jumping at the chance to have you as their customer. Be certain you know all the terms of any lenders interest agreement as some low or zero interest offers are time limited.
