Crazy Night: Chapter 2

Ok, here's the second picture. I would like to say I don't own this picture or the picture in the first chapter.
I checked through my back pocket. My phone wasn't there. I looked around and then heard the ringing. It was still in the woods, but only about five feet in. My heart was beating so quickly that I could see it through my shirt. But I needed the phone to call for help. Slowly, I began walking to the phone. Before I managed to get to it, a large figure appeared in front of the phone. It felt like my heart skipped a beat and I stopped right where I was. An over-sized hand appeared, covered in dirt and blood. It picked up the phone and crushed the screen and number pad with his bare hands.

He started walking towards me, appearing out of the woods and at the other end of the street. He was enormous. Bigger than any man I've ever seen before. There weren't words to describe my fear, and I was sure he could see it. My face had turned white and I was shaking all over. Out of nowhere, he charges forward at me, faster than I thought any man his size could move. I dived out of the way, landing on the ground and bending back my wrist.
"OW!!" I screamed. I wasn't able to feel it, but I could still somewhat move it. On my feet in an instant, I started running down the street.

I needed to lose him quickly. He was the one who killed that man. I knew it. The cold air slapped against my face like icy daggers. I would need to go through the woods if I ever wanted to get away from him. I was able to hear his footsteps about thirty feet back, charging like a freight-train in my direction. I darted to the right and into the woods, hopping over a hollowed out log. He was now right behind me. He was a lot faster than me, and I couldn't get away.

Then,I felt myself tumbling to the ground and sharp pain shooting from my leg all the way through my body. I felt a warm liquid going down my leg. Looking down, I was shocked. He had impaled my leg with a sharpened branch. I couldn't focus on that though. Ignoring the pain, I stood up, and I nearly had a heart attack. He was standing less than two feet in front of me, unmoving. He started to close in but before he could get close enough, I quickly took the switchblade, popped out the knife and shoved the six-inch blade through his leg. Letting out an earth shaking roar, he lunged at me, but I moved out of the way and bashed him in the head with the flashlight as hard as I could. It didn't even seem to phase him, but he was stunned momentarily. I took that advantage and limped away as fast as I could.

He wasn't far behind, I could tell, but he wasn't moving as fast. Using all the strength I had, I ran forward as fast as my leg would permit me. I ran and I ran and I ran, trying to put as much distance between me and that psycho. I looked behind me. He wasn't there anymore.
"I think I lost him..." I stammered, trying to catch my breath. My entire body was on fire, and I couldn't feel my leg, but somehow, I trudged forward. Eventually, I came across a small little cave that I managed to fit myself into. Sitting there, I began crying, but before I long, I was knocked out from exhaustion

I awoke to the sound of birds chirping, the sun glaring straight into my eyes. I used my hand to shade my eyes and looked around. How long was I out? It must've been at least noon by now. My leg had stopped bleeding, but the spear was still inside. I closed my eyes and wrapped my hand around it and began pulling it out. It hurt worse than any other injury I've ever had, but I managed to keep quiet. I managed to get it all the way out and tore off the sleeve of my long-sleeved shirt and wrapped it up.
"I...I need to see Thomas...he'll help me" I coughed.

Managing to stand up, I slowly limped away from the cave, picking up a long branch to help me walk. Somehow I found my way back to the road and began walking in the direction to Thomas' house. By the time I got there, the sun was already starting to set. I weakly rang the doorbell and was greeted by Thomas' mother.
"Oh my god! What happened to you, Diana?!" she exclaimed. I could barely speak. "I...was attacked by some man when I walked home..." I stuttered, dried blood caking my hair and leg.
"Thomas! Get down here now!" she yelled. Thomas was down the stairs in just a few moments and ran towards me.
"Diana!!! What happened!??!?!" he yelled, looking more terrified than I've ever seen him. I couldn't answer, and I just collapsed to the ground.

When I awoke again, I was on the couch, dressed in new clothes, Thomas' mothers clothes. My leg stung. I pulled up the baggy pants and saw my leg,it had been stitched up. Trying to get up, I fell back down and let out a high wimper. Thomas walked over to me, his face white and kissed my forehead.
"You're going to be weak. My mom called your parents and said you're going to stay here for a while." he explained. I didn't ask questions and just nodded. The house smelled like delicious food, like ham, cornbread etc.

I didn't notice it before, but I was starving. Thomas was able to tell and said "Don't worry, we're going to eat soon, and again, I'm going to introduce you to someone special"
"Okay" I choked out.
As we were waiting for the food to be done, Thomas and I laid together on the couch and watched TV. It seemed everything was going to be okay. I was fine, and now I'm safe.
"Dinner's Ready!" Thomas' mother called.

Thomas helped me get to the kitchen. Well, he carried me basically. I couldn't really walk much. He sat me down at the seat on the side, next to where he was going to sit. The entire table was filled with a bunch of different foods, from potato salad to apple sauce.

"Okay, we have someone very special to introduce to you" Thomas' mother said, smiling warmly. I smiled back. I wondered who it was, probably a family member or old friend.
"Jimmy! Come down here! We have someone we want you to meet!" Thomas called out up the stairs. I heard heavy footsteps from the upstairs hallway and coming down the stairs.
"Diana, I would like you to meet my brother, Jimmy" Thomas said, his face bright with happiness. He motioned his hand in the "come here" way. Out from the living room and into the kitchen doorway, stood the huge man. My face turned white and my body turned numb.

"Diana, this is my son, Jimmy. He's Thomas' older brother. He's very excited to meet you" Thomas' mother happily explained. The man just stood there, and a huge smile went across his face, reaching from ear to ear. And I just screamed and screamed and screamed.....
