Step 6: During week three, remove the psyllium fiber and pectin from the concoction recipe and continue having cranberry juice. By midweek, you can stop having astragalus capsules. Regular workouts at home can help in reducing the fat and toning the body effectively. At this time, you can slowing start including lean meat into your daily diet.
