Cracked Then Shattered

Years have past since I saw her. Every night in that cold cell I thought about how our lives could have been. I'm supposed to be getting out today, and the first thing tomorrow I'm going to do is visit the one who held a special place in my heart, Madelynn Foxter.....

There I was at least 15 feet away from her house. I took a deep breath before I even walked up to the door. Then I noticed myself getting closer to the door, I would say I was nervous, but then again I couldn't wait to see her face. I knocked on the door a good 2 times, and I saw a woman figure opening the door.
"Madelynn is...is that you." she just looked at me. "Antione what are you doing here. I thought you were in...jail." she says

"I got out yesterday. And I couldn't help but see you again." Once again she just looked at me. Is she even happy to see me at all?
"Antione so many things have changed since you left and-" Before she could finish I had pulled my attention to a man that was walking up from behind her. He looked familiar....he was....I CAN'T BE!!! It was Cade my best friend ever since elementary school was in the same house as Madelynn. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!
