  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 ounce powdered soup mix
Directions for Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl, combine together crab meat, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, minced garlic and powdered soup mix. Crab Artichoke Dip with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  • 14 ounces can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • ½ pound (8 ounces) crab meat
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Pinch of garlic salt
  • Paprika to garnish
Directions for Preparation

First of all, remove cartilage from the crab meat and keep aside. Take a large mixing bowl and combine together the ingredients - cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic. Mix well till you get a smooth creamy mixture. If required, add milk to bring the desired consistency. Then, stir in 2 tablespoons grated cheese. Fold the artichoke hearts and crab meat into the cream mixture. Transfer this into a casserole, top with remaining grated cheese and bake at 325° F. After baking for about 30 minutes, the top layer will become slightly brown. Remove and serve hot.

Hot and Spicy Crab Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • ½ pound crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño peppers
  • ⅓ cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

For this hot crab dip recipe, preheat oven to 375° F. Turn on the burner and heat a medium size saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil and immediately add chopped red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes till pepper turns soft and tender. In a mixing bowl, mix cooked red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, crab meat, mayonnaise, cheese, green onion, jalapeño pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and celery salt. Ingredients
  • 8 ounces crab meat (chopped)
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar artichokes (chopped)
  • 1 package frozen spinach (thawed)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
