Cowardice

A small story...
There lived a silly coward.
He was capricious and wayward.
Fear gave him thousand and one death.
Often he became an object of mirth.
His meanness is another story.
On almost all occasions, fear will overtake.
No responsibilities will he undertake.
Few times meanness did come to the fore.
Opposite him will be old and weakling, therefore!
If they gather and get straight;
His fear will precipitate.
To that height was his cowardice.
He was filled with bias and prejudice.
Thank God, he was a coward.
Lest, he would have left thousands dead.
His meanness was unprintable.
In comparison, his unpalatable cowardice was tolerable!
One day, he committed a mean deed.
Cowardice made him pay for the greed.
He killed his octogenarian parents.
This act proved him to be worst of tyrants.
All this, for the home they live in.
Cowardice let the fear come in.
Fear brought him in the open.
He was put in prison.
His family reached the highest point of endurance.
Snapped was their patience.
They left him to suffer.
His death they started to prefer?!
Loneliness played havoc.
He turned a mental wreck.
Even death didn’t welcome with open arm.
Afraid, he may harm.
He stood by his notoriety.
Cowardice was his identity.
He committed the last act of cowardice.
He ended his life out of choice!
He committed suicide.
No one was at his side.
Not one attended his funeral.
Afraid it may be a sin, cardinal.
All mouths uttered only one.
Thank god, this is the end of the moron!
