Try and determine who is responsible for reviewing the applications, and address the particular person by name if possible. The cover letter is normally drafted in a business format, with your name and address on the top left side. This should be followed by the complete name of the organization you are contacting. Then comes the body which includes an elaborated explanation as to why you are the perfect candidate for the assignment. Provide the prospective company with details other than the conventional structured list of the resume. Mention a few examples as to how you would efficaciously handle the responsibilities.
