I ensure that every student is involved in the discussions that I engage in my class sessions, so as to increase the teacher student interaction. I firmly believe that every student is unique and has some potential that can be evolved and improved with efforts of the teachers. Through all my teaching years, I have maintained a strict habit of occasional parent teacher meeting, so that the parent, teacher and the student are all able to communicate their thoughts to each other and there is no communication gap among the three.
