But, on the other hand, there are several limitations to this diet plan. It takes a lot of time for the results of cottage cheese diet plan to show. Therefore, it is not helpful for people who are thinking of a quick weight loss. Similarly, people might conceive that the cottage cheese fat loss diet, as the name suggests, is used for burning off fat from the body, which is not true. No diet is solely responsible for getting rid of the excess fat from the body. Quick fat loss is only possible with a combination of diet and exercise. Lastly, it should be noted that drastic changes in the diet can have certain negative effects on the person's health. Due to the absence of sufficient nutrients, a person may experience abdominal discomfort, lack of energy, nausea, etc.
All in all, it can be said that the cottage cheese diet is effective, as compared to other fad diets. You can decide for yourself whether to subscribe to it or not, taking all the pros and cons into consideration.
