Weight is the modern-day equivalent of accolades. A lot of eating disorders culminate out of the need of weight to be at its lowest. Ideally, the body fat should not exceed 20% and 30% of the body weight in males and females, respectively. So, in case you are worrying about what should be the correct body weight for your height, then here is a way for you to know it. Every height has a certain correct body weight. Maintaining this weight is most conducive for your health, look, figure and the general support for the bones and muscles. The ideal body weight can differ by lifestyle, body structure and genetic buildup. Not that these are approximate figures, they are flexible to a certain extent.
