Corporate Event Planning Ideas
Appreciate your employees for all the great hard work that they have put in. Throw a rocking party to get the returns back to office!
Send out the invitations for the party and make them a little personalized. This will make your employees feel comfortable and wanted. Take an opinion poll on what they would like to have as the menu and don't forget to add the RSVP. Like any event, budgeting is the most essential part so that you don't over spend your company's money!
Corporate Event Planning Ideas
Rocking the Night Away
Do up a 1980's rock theme, with a hippie scene. Give out big flowers at the entrance, for the ladies and scarves for men. Don't have a fixed time for entry and exit; keep it round the clock. The apt location for this party is a farmhouse or a private guest house. There you won't have to worry about deadlines. Take a trip through the rock, to roll up the night! (pun intended). Have a karaoke and a personalized juke box, wherein you can dedicate songs. Have dress codes like blue jeans, poodle skirts, saddle boots and leather jackets. Have your CEO dressed up as a Woodstock singer and shake a leg with him to rock the night away!
Retirement Party
It's your most-deserving employee's last day. Throw a party for him/her and make the moment of gratitude, fun and exciting. The occasion is important and hence it demands sending out invitations. An interesting invitation card would be with a caricature of the retiree on the front! Have a sense of humor, and if you do, then spread the laughter around. Get in touch with a travel agent and find a place for the party which fits your budget. Make a presentation on the retiree with every colleague putting in his/her vote of thanks and a loving anecdote.
Golf Outing
We all know that golf can turn out to be arrogantly extravagant. But so what? Get a head start with planning and budgeting. Book a country club to accommodate the work force. There are many clubs offering good corporate golfing scheme. You can have a tournament for the employees for building team spirit and motivation. Spread the buzz around in your office, to have a blast at the event.
Company Picnic
This is the best way of enjoying nature with your colleagues. Go out for picnics to the nearest forests. Mountain hiking isn't a bad deal either. Look out for locations that will offer you decent accommodation at a reasonable price. You can have games and quizzes at the picnic and give out prizes to the winners. This will also show the employees that the company cares for them.
Corporate events are the cornerstones which project the attitude of the company towards their employees. We often take our workforce for granted, which results in a high attrition rate and low morale levels. A fun and free environment encourages the employees to deliver better performance. So, go all out to show your love and care towards your employees, which will have your business skyrocketing!
