Ingredients
Eggs (5)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Cornstarch (4 tablespoons)
Butter - melted (1/3 cup)
White sugar (1/4 cup)
Whole kernel corn - 1 can (15.25 ounce)
Cream-style corn -2 cans (14.75 ounce)

Preparation:
First, you need to preheat the oven to 400 degrees and meanwhile, grease a casserole dish. Beat some eggs meanwhile, in a large bowl. To this, you would need to add some melted butter, milk and sugar. Now, whisk in the cornstarch and blend this preparation well. Once you have blended all the ingredients, pour the mixture into the casserole dish and bake for an hour.

Ingredients
Frozen corn, thawed and drained (2 pkg)
Eggs - well beaten (3)
Sugar (1 tbsp.)
Nutmeg
Butter – melted (2 tbsp.)
Grated onion (1 tsp.)
Flour (1/4 cup)
Salt (2 tsp.)
White pepper – optional (1/4 tsp.)
Light cream (2 cups)
Pimientos – drained, chopped -1 can

Preparation:
You need to preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Then, grease a shallow baking dish, lightly.
Now, make a combination of the following ingredients-eggs, corn and onion. Mix this well. Meanwhile, add sugar, salt and pepper and nutmeg to flour and combine this well. Stir this preparation into the corn mixture.

Now, add some butter cream. Also add the pimientos and mix this preparation well. Now, pour this into the prepared dish and place the dish into the pan. You would also need to pour some hot water into the dish. Bake this preparation uncovered for at least an hour. Serve this delicious corn pudding hot!

Creamed corn - 1 can (15 oz.)
Sour cream (1/4 cup)
Milk (1 cup)
Frozen corn (1-1/2 cups)
Eggs - lightly beaten (2)
Spring onions - chopped (3)
Crushed cracker crumbs (2 cups)

Preparation:
You would first need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and meanwhile, lightly grease a pan. Meanwhile combine the following ingredients in a large bowl - milk, creamed corn, eggs, frozen corn, sour cream and green onions. Then, add the cracker crumbs to this mixture. Pour the preparation into the prepared pan. Bake the preparation for 50 minutes or till it turns a shade of golden brown.

Ingredients
Fresh corn (2 cups)
Eggs (2)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Pepper (1/8 teaspoon)
Melted butter (2 tablespoons)
Milk – scalded (2 cups)
Green bell pepper - finely chopped (1)
Finely chopped onion – (2 tablespoons)

Preparation:
Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the milk along with the melted butter. Then, add some green bell pepper, corn, onion and seasonings to this. This preparation now needs to be poured into a 1 ½ quart baking dish. Then, set the dish in a pan that contains hot water. Bake this preparation at 325 degrees for a duration of an hour.
