Whatever your reason, everyone loves a change in the regular menus that are planned for mealtimes. Therefore, I have compiled some interesting corn casserole recipes you can use to make your mealtime a complete fun time affair!

Corn Casserole Recipe #1
Ingredients
Eggs – beaten (2)
Melted butter (1/2 cup)
Sour cream (1 cup)
Creamed corn – One 14.75 ounce can
Dry corn bread mix – One 8.5 ounce package
Whole kernel corn, drained – One 15 ounce can

Preparation
First, you would need to preheat the oven to 350° F. Follow this by lightly greasing a baking dish. Then, take a medium sized bowl and add the eggs along with the corn bread mix. Also add some butter and the whole creamed corn and stir in the sour cream. Place this preparation in the baking dish and bake it in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Corn Casserole Recipe #2
Ingredients
Eggs (2)
Sour cream (1 pint)
Cream - style corn (1 can)
Melted butter (6 tablespoons)
Shredded Cheddar cheese (1 cup)
Cornbread mix - Approximately 8 ounces

Preparation
First you would need to grease a baking dish (9 inch in size). Then, beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the cream style corn along with the sour cream to this and blend well. Now, add the cornbread mix and the melted butter. Add a pinch of salt to this preparation and top it with some shredded cheese. Once done, place all these casserole ingredients into the prepared baking dish. Bake this dish at 350° F for at least half an hour.

Corn Casserole Recipe #3
Ingredients
Milk (1 cup)
Sugar (2 teaspoons)
Butter (2 tablespoons)
Flour (1 1/2 tablespoons)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Pepper (1/8 teaspoon)
Eggs – beaten (2)
Cooked/canned corn – drained (2 cups)

Preparation
Melt the two tablespoons of butter over low heat. Then, add some flour and blend well. Also add the milk gradually. While stirring the same constantly, boil the mixture and then add sugar, corn, salt and pepper. Once it’s cooked, remove from heat and add the beaten eggs. Pour the preparation into a greased baking dish. Bake the same at 350° F for half an hour.

Corn Casserole Recipe #4
Ingredients
Frozen corn (2 pounds)
Tomatoes – sliced (3)
Large onion – chopped (1)
Green pepper – chopped (1)
Bread crumbs (1/2 cup)
Salt and pepper
Butter – 1/2 stick, cut in thin slices

Preparation
Take a casserole dish and place the following ingredients in it – green pepper, onion and corn. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 350° F. Add some salt and pepper over the mixture prepared earlier and blend the mixture well. Add some dollops of butter over this mixture. Once you have spread the butter, place tomatoes on top of this. You can now sprinkle the breadcrumbs over this preparation. Bake the preparation for one hour.

Ingredients
Butter – cubed (1/4 cup)
Water (3 tablespoons)
Milk (3 tablespoons)
Sugar (2 tablespoons)
American cheese – cubed (3/4 cup)
Corn - frozen 3 packages (16 ounce)
Cream cheese – cubed (One 8 ounce package)

Preparation
You need to combine all the ingredients in a casserole dish. Only ensure you blend it well. Then, cover the same and cook it on low heat till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
