Cookies with White Cake Mix
Baking at home can be a lot of fun but also quite a tedious job. Measuring the right quantity and cleaning up all the flour that gets sprinkled around can get quite tiring. A ready made cake mix can make baking cookies very simple, as all the ingredients are measured and added to it.

Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
  • White cake mix, 1 box
  • Eggs, 1
  • Vegetable oil, ½ cup
  • Milk chocolate chips, ½ cup
  • Oatmeal, ½ cup
  • Pecans, ½ cup
  • Butterscotch chips, ½ cup
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil. Add milk chocolate chips, oatmeal, pecan and butterscotch chips and mix it well. Take a tablespoon of the mix and spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350° F. Serve warm.

Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
  • Cake mix, 1 box
  • Oil, ⅓ cup
  • Egg, 1
  • Vanilla frosting, as desired
Mix together all ingredients and spoon on the greased cookie sheets and bake at 350° F or until browned. Cool on a wire rack and top it with vanilla frosting.

Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
  • Cake mix, 1 box
  • Oil, ⅓ cup
  • Egg, 2
  • Semisweet chocolate chips, 2 cups
In a large bowl, mix together oil, eggs and chocolate chips with the cake mix. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the greased cookie sheets and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350° F, until browned.

Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
  • White cake mix, 18 ounces
  • Creamy peanut butter, 1 cup
  • Eggs, 2
  • Vegetable oil, ½ cup
  • Water, 2 tbsp
In a mixing bowl, add cake mix, peanut butter, oil, eggs and water. Blend well and spoon it onto the greased sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the pre-heated oven and cool on a wire rack.

Cake Mix Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
  • White cake mix, 18 ounces
  • Uncooked oatmeal, 2 cups
  • Eggs, 2
  • Sugar, 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil, 1 cup
  • Chopped pecans, 1 cup
  • Semisweet chocolate morsels, 12 ounce
In a bowl, combine cake mix, sugar and oatmeal together. In another bowl, add oil, eggs and vanilla, and blend them well. Add to the cake and oatmeal mix. Stir in pecans and chocolate morsels and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325° F, until well browned.
