**at night**
I was laying in bed, thinking about what happened with Gage and me and I got a painful need to see him. I sneaked out of bed and down the hall to his room. He was laying in the bed he and I had shared for a while. His hair a mess but in a sexy way. He didn't have circles under his eyes so I guess he wasn't intoxicated. His long eyelashes, cast shadows on his tanned cheeks. I was happy he looked peaceful. I sat in his bed and without waking him and watched him sleep. A few minutes in his eyebrows furrowed together and he started fidgeting in his sleep.
"No..no Lina I'm sorry. Please..Please..I.Love you." I murmured in his sleep, his face in a troubled and pained expression. It hurt me to see him look that way.
"Shh shh Gage, Gage wake up." I stroked his cheek softly and his eyes fluttered open. "You were having a bad dream."
His eyes looked at me longingly. "Lina?" he whispered. I nodded and held him tightly.
"Are you ok? What dream where you having?" All my anger melting away from this morning. He was silent and I looked to his face, surprised to see tears running down his cheeks. "Gage..Gage tell me what's wrong."
He didn't speak. He just moved so his tear streaked face was pressed again my shoulder, and began to sob. Not loud choking sobs. Silent, painful looking sobs. I cradled his head to me and ran my fingers through his hair. "Take me back..take me back.." he whispered against me. "Take me back.." each time he said it his voice became louder. Finally he was looking me in the eye, his hands gripping my shoulders. "Please. Take me back.." His eyes were gentle and pleading. I knew I was in love with him...I knew it. Without thinking about it I nodded my head yes. His eyes became wide with surprise. "Really?" He whispered.
I nodded and his arms became vises around me, giving me the biggest bear hug I've ever experienced. He swung me around laughing happily. I squealed in delight and held onto him, not wanting to let go. We looked over at Gage's doorway and everyone who was in the house was standing there, suddenly, they all applauded, even Lucion who looked happy for him. 'Thank you.' I mouthed to him.
The fight was over. Once again, Gage and I were in love...but wait...who am I forgetting .... oh yes...what was Ace going to think about this?
