Constant Headache Causes
- Chronic Migraine: People suffering from chronic migraines generally face the problem of constant headaches everyday. If the constant headache is caused due to chronic migraine, you will experience throbbing pain only on one side of the head and even routine physical activity can aggravate the pain. Keep a check on the foods you eat as some foods are said to aggravate the condition.
- Excessive Stress: Excessive stress can be one the cause of your constant headache. We do not realize but constant stress can lead to various symptoms like headache and fatigue. To treat headache caused due to stress, there is only one solution, reduce stress. You can take help of meditation and yoga to reduce stress.
- Infection or Head Injury: If a person is suffering from infections like meningitis, constant headaches can be one of the symptom. However it is also accompanied by other symptoms like stiff neck and nausea. Head injury can be one of the reasons.
- Allergies: If you are allergic to certain things and come in contact with them daily, you may face the problem of constant headache. Some of the common allergens are mold, mildew and pollen. These allergens can trigger your headache, so keep a check on your surroundings, and stay away from them. If you are not sure what you are allergic to, maintain a diary of things that you eat throughout the day. Also note down the things that generally surround you when you get a headache. A doctor may prescribe medicines that can help control the allergic reaction.
- Other Causes: Besides the above given causes, there might be some other causes like sinusitis infection, need of spectacles, aged cheese, dental problem, hypertension, sleep apnea, etc.
