Migraine

Cluster Headaches

Hunger Headaches

Allergy Headaches

These headaches are constant headaches, as if the person comes in contact with the thing that causes the allergies, these headaches always start. The ways these headaches can be cured are to provide allergy relief and with the help of some nasal sprays prescribed by the doctor. Covering the nose is one of the ways to prevent these headaches.

There are some air-filled spaces in the nasal cavity. When there is an inflammation in these spaces, a person is said to have sinus or sinusitis. The reasons for this inflammation can be bacteria, allergies or fungus. Once the person gets sinus, sinus headaches begin. People suffering from sinus headaches experience pain in the cheeks, above the eyes, or behind the eyes. This pain is in the form of pressure and hence is very severe. These headaches can last anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks and can easily be triggered again. The person can be at the risk of suffering from chronic nasal inflammation if the sinus problem is not cured in time. These headaches can be treated with the help of prescribed medications which help in treating sinusitis too. Another way to treat these headaches are by eating nutritious meals and exercising everyday.

These are the type of headaches which are common and not serious. There are several headache causes in this case. Stress and anxiety are said to be the major culprits in such cases. The symptoms of this kind of headaches are - dizziness, numbness, difficulty to balance well and eye pain. Exhaustion and hunger can also trigger mild headaches everyday. Usually, over the counter drugs solve this problem, but there are cases where these drugs do not work. It is recommended that the person consult a doctor for proper treatment. These headaches become a cause for concern when the person shows the following symptoms:
