Migraine can also cause a continuous headache and nausea. Injuries to the head is another cause of headache. Therefore, just like nausea, there are many reasons for these two. If all these do not work, consult a doctor. In case of headaches, normally they are cured by resting and over-the-counter headache medicines. Just like nausea, the perfect way to deal with headache is to identify any specific cause and avoid it, like may be alcohol or a foodstuff or the likes. If you have a headache pertaining to too much stress on the eyes, then get an eye check up. Acute headaches can be dealt with paracetamol genre of pain killers. On the other hand, if the headache is chronic, acupuncture can provide relief from headache emanating from migraine as well as tension. Serious underlying reasons and treatment for headaches as a result of brain tumor are rare in comparison with the usual or acute headache experienced by most of the people.
