So, now while you may be in the construction or the Internet business, you no doubt have some sort of agenda to put on your company mission statement. What do you wish to achieve? What do you want to show to the world? Are you a customer service company which wants to provide top class care for your customers? Are you a gadget maker, who wants to focus on innovation and superior quality with an affordable price tag? Or like Nike, do you wish "To bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world."?

Oh what lovely goals you have set? Er, how exactly are you going to get there? By using the best practices of production? By getting adequate and meaningful feedback from the market? By continuous learning of the operational aspects of your field? Or more precisely by "Using our portfolio of brands to differentiate our content, services and consumer products ... seek to develop the most creative, innovative and profitable entertainment experiences and related products in the world... " as claimed by Walt Disney company?
The common thread that binds the mission statement to a vision statement is that they are both very important elements of corporate branding and are vital in order to remind the company their values, principles and goals.
