Colors of Us
Colorful emotions.

Churning burning inside.
A warning of danger,
Destruction denied.
Cool blue with depression,
No ambition to change.
The loneliest concession,
Everyone estranged.
Black hearted hatred,
Coupled with cruelty.
A glimmer of acrid,
How 'bout it cutie?
Orange airhead happy,
Rock the boat, baby.
Jokingly snappy,
A little laughter, maybe?
Purple nurple roughhouse,
Bring it on buddy.
With taunting we douse,
Until we are bloody.
Yellow good fellow,
Helpful and secure.
Content and mellow,
Do you concur?
Brown and down,
Not sad but displeased,
An aching to drown,
It's like I'm diseased.
Green greedy and mean,
The cheapest of all.
An offhanded gleam,
Pushed against the wall.
I may be white,
But I am stained.
With all the colors,
Inside the rain.
Splattered and battered
Upon my person.
Emotions all scattered,
The coloring worsens.
